Dolphin Call is recruiting and training for a regulated online trading company

We are looking for individuals experienced in sales who master the art of persuasion and will be motivated to work full time (Monday till Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm),

You will be a sales agent working online from our office in Jounieh and calling leads interested in trading to help them create an account to start trading.

The job is paid in FRESH DOLLARS with a base salary of $300 Fresh Dollars with a commission on every account opened that will reach easily to $500, and with a hard-working agent can reach $3000

Telesales Representative Requirements:
Fluent in English.

Experience in sales.

Excellent communication skills.

Creative thinking skills.

The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

Ability to sell.

Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

To be above 25 years old.

The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

The ability to work from home and the office.

The first 2 weeks require
work from the office in Jounieh is obligatory

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

The job is paid in fresh dollars with a base salary of $300 with a commission with every account opened you can easily reach $500 to $2000 if you are serious and want to work hard
